Is there a registration fee for Customer Summit?
There is no cost to attend Customer Summit; you are responsible for your individual hotel and travel expenses. 
What is the Open Classroom Training happening on Oct 8-9? 

The Open Classroom training is titled “Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay”. Learn how to build personalized web experiences with an expert who can provide you with recommended approaches, live demos, and actionable insights! 

This training is happening right after Customer Summit at the same venue, The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.

Tickets are $1,000 per registrant. If you registered to attend Customer Summit & are a Liferay Customer, a 50% discount code for the Open Classroom training was included in your Summit registration confirmation email. Learn more about the Open Classroom training and register here.

Will the event be live-streamed or recorded?
We will not be recording or streaming the event, however we will share select presentation recaps after the event. More details will be announced following the event.
Is there a dress code for the event? 
The dress code is business casual. Temperatures in conference halls fluctuate, having a sweater or jacket with you is recommended.
What if I have a special need, such as a dietary restriction?

Is there a deadline to reserve accommodations at the Driskill Hotel? 
The deadline to reserve accommodations is September 8. Once the deadline has passed, the rooms reserved for Customer Summit will be released and open to the public.
Which airport should I fly into?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located approximately 10 miles from the venue. 
Will parking be available for those driving to the event?
Valet parking is available onsite at $25 per night
