From Zero to 100: Accelerating Go-To-Market

Vitality Group is a Thought Leader and world’s leading company for science-based behavioural-change programs. The ambition of the (Vitality One) V1 Platform is to become the technical platform of choice for the development of behavioural change capabilities.

The development team was challenged by a long lead time to market (up to 18 months) and a lot of technical pain while using a heritage system. Since deploying the V1 Platform and leveraging Liferay DXP as a portal application, V1 was able to grow to a global platform available in 13 countries (and more rollouts are planned) and is seeing a 10x faster go-to-market time through customization flexibility.

Listen to Byron Munday, Chief Enterprise Architect at Vitality Group, and learn from his experience building the modern and flexible V1 Platform.

INSIGHTFUL COFFEE CHATS AROUND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

McKinsey estimates that digital transformation and a focus on customer experience can generate a 20-30% increase in customer satisfaction and economic gains of 20-50%.

Unfortunately, however, many African organisations have yet to realise the full benefits of digital transformation.

In fact, a report from BCG shows considerable lag between the continent and the rest of the world. Companies across Africa have an average digital maturity score on BCG’s index of 29 (out of a possible 100), compared with 55 for Asia, 51 for Europe, and 49 for the Americas combined.

Jumpstart your digital transformation journey by joining our Digital Insider Africa Series 2021 to hear from thought leaders from Africa and beyond about the latest trends and best practices. You can find additional coffee chats below and we have some more in the pipeline for 2021.
