Hello,
I need a user who is able to manage web content and documents in all organizations.
I do not want him to belong to these organizations (because there are many orgs and they can appear and go away).
Also I do not want him to be an omni-admin.
What is set of privileges that allows my use case?
I am using Liferay 6.1

I created a role "Content manager" with the following privileges:

Portal > Sites > Site > View
Portal > Users and Organizations > Site > View
Site Content > Web Content > * (all privileges on all resources)
Control Panel : Site > Web Content > Access in Control Panel
Control Panel : Site > Web Content > View
Control Panel : Portal > Sites > Access in Control Panel
Control Panel : Portla > Sites > View

But this does not help. The user in this role does not have access to all organizations int the control panel site menu.
Did I skip some important privilege or it is not doable in Liferay at all?
