I am trying to publish from my qa staging server to my qa production server. My setup worked fine initially, but recently I am no longer able to publish to qa prod anymore.

When I hit the web server and try to publish, I get the following exception:

com.liferay.portal.kernel.lar.PortletDataException: com.liferay.portlet.documentlibrary.NoSuchFileEntryMetadataException: No DLFileEntryMetadata exists with the key {DDMStructureId=12269, fileVersionId=12495}

This is not written in the app server log, it only appears in the Liferay GUI.

When hitting the app directly, when I try to publish, I no longer get a "Publish Successful" Message (green check mark). Instead I just get a generic message: The staging environment is activated. Changes have to be published to make them available to end users. Again, nothing is written to catalina.log at all, on either of the servers. The only logging I see is in the access log, with all 200 being returned.

Anyone have any insight on what might be going on?

Thanks!
