Hi,

I am trying to get rid of an error that is confusing me a bit.

When my portlet deploys, it calls an Ajax script which creates an object.
And when I watch my Tomcat log, I see this error:

1
2[...].StatefulKnowledgeSessionImpl is not serializable and will prevent this session from being replicated

My portlet is working fine anyway, but when I Hot deploy it again, my Ajax script isn't working anymore, and I am pretty sure it is the consequence of this error.

Could anybody help on this ?

Are you storing StatefulKnowledgeSessionImpl into http session?

If yes, then the StatefulKnowledgeSessionImpl class should implement Serializable interface to replicate your session accurately in a clustered environment.

This error message is not from Liferay but by the servlet container i.e. tomcat in your case.
