Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay - Beginner Course: This fundamental course, based on our acclaimed global bootcamp tour, equips technical practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of Liferay DXP's core features. Learn to build powerful business solutions and create enterprise-grade websites with personalized experiences. While helpful, technical knowledge is not required. As a supplemental resource, we have added recordings from a live bootcamp(Q1 2024) as an optional course.
Mastering Liferay Workspaces and Tooling - Intermediate Course: This new course covers the role of Liferay Tooling within the DXP architecture and how to efficiently create and manage Liferay workspaces and more. This course is intended for Frontend Developers, Backend Developers and Solution Architects.
Learn At Your Own Pace: Both the “Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay” and “Mastering Liferay Workspaces and Tooling” online courses are free and accessible for customers. Sign in with your Liferay account credentials to track progress, earn badges, and more on Liferay Learn.

Liferay Technical Certification

At the moment we have “Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay” certification available. You may study the content at your own pace (see above) and take the certification exam afterwards.

Please refer to your Liferay Contact information in the Customer Portal to request a 50% discount voucher intended for Liferay customers with an active subscription. For more details on how to find your Liferay Contact information, visit the Customer Portal Overview. The Certification Exam fee is $500 USD per person (Discounted to $250 USD with a Customer voucher). The certification fee is paid via the Webassessor platform used for the exam.

You are limited to three certification exam taking attempts. We strongly recommend studying the Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay course before taking the exam.
