Liferay Announces First Global Edition of Liferay Vision

Knowledge and Practical Solutions for the Challenges of the New Digital Era

September 9, 2021.- Liferay Inc., which makes software that helps companies create digital experiences on web, mobile and connected devices, has announced the publication of the official agenda for its first global event, Liferay Vision, to be held on October 6th and 7th in a 100% digital format.

Liferay Vision will offer a broad and inspiring perspective on the main digital challenges in today’s business context as well as the technological tools that can help organizations remain competitive and overcome these challenges quickly and with the quality users demand. “Improving Customer Experiences for Successful Self-Service Portals”, “Modern Intranets”, “B2B Commerce: Making B2B Revenue Channels Stronger” and “Measure, Learn and Understand Your Audience to Provide the Best-in-Class Personalized Experience” are just some examples of the challenges and solutions to be addressed.

The event will virtually gather a large international audience in all sectors of activity including CIOs and technology managers, business unit and human resources strategy managers, CMOs, and experts in digital marketing.

A Complete and Diversified Agenda

The Liferay Vision agenda consists of more than 40 sessions distributed over two days which will start off with the participation of some of the top independent market analysts, Forrester and IDC as guest speakers. Forrester will offer insights into digitalization trends, the state of maturity of the digital experiences platform market, as well as future challenges and outlooks. On the other hand, IDC analysts will focus on the IT trends with the most impact on the financial services, insurance, and manufacturing industries.

The presentations throughout the rest of the first day will be organized around three tracks: business solutions, technical content, and vertical sectors such as financial services, insurance, and manufacturing. The agenda on the second day includes case studies of customers and innovative projects which will be presented to the audience with support from the partners involved.

Liferay Vision will also feature some of the company’s top executives including Bryan Cheung, CEO and Co-Founder of Liferay, Damian Rochman, Vice-President of Product Management, as well as Jonathan Tam, Vice-President of Marketing.
