Agreements

The purchase and use of Liferay products and services are governed by certain terms and conditions, including the Enterprise Services Agreement, setting forth the terms and conditions generally applicable to all Liferay offerings, and an Appendix setting forth the specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual Liferay offerings as further described below.

Customer Agreement Framework

The provision and use of Liferay products and services are governed by terms and conditions contained in a contract framework consisting of (1) the Enterprise Services Agreement, which contains the general terms and conditions applicable to all of Liferay’s commercial offerings, and (2) one of the Appendices listed below, each of which contains the description of and the specific terms and conditions applicable to one of Liferay’s commercial offerings, respectively.

Note: When a Customer orders Services through an authorized Liferay Solution Partner, Liferay confirms that Liferay is responsible for providing the Services to Customer subject to the applicable terms and conditions. However, Liferay is not responsible and shall not be liable for (i) the actions or omissions of the Solution Partner, (ii) any additional obligations not set out in any separate agreement  between the Customer and the Solution Partner, or (iii) any products or services that the Solution Partner supplies to Customer under any separate agreements between the Customer and Solution Partner.

Enterprise Services Agreement

The version of the Enterprise Services Agreement applicable to a customer is based on the region and  country in which the customer is located. If a customer’s location does not fall within a listed country, select "Other" within the applicable region.

Enterprise Services Agreement

If You are purchasing Subscriptions for cloud based offering of Liferay Experience Cloud Self-Managed and any add-ons from Liferay Cloud, Inc., use this Agreement. Please note, that while this agreement is deemed to apply globally, certain cloud based services might not be available in certain regions. For more detailed information please talk to a Liferay Sales Representative.
